利用規約

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、ポーチドエッグ（以下「当社」）が提供する「junmei（巡命）」アプリ（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。

第1条 適用

  1. 本規約は、本サービスの利用に関する一切の関係に適用されます。
  2. ユーザーは、本サービスを利用することによって、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

第2条 定義

本規約において「ユーザー」とは、本サービスを利用する者をいいます。

第3条 利用登録

  1. ユーザーは、当社の定める方法により利用登録を行うものとします。
  2. 当社は、以下の場合には登録を拒否することがあります。
    • 虚偽の事実を申告した場合
    • 本規約に違反したことがある者からの申請である場合
    • その他、当社が不適当と判断した場合

第4条 サービスの内容

本サービスは、以下の機能を提供します。

  • 九条流運命診断（命式診断、相性診断）
  • AI「巡先生」との対話機能
  • ストーリー閲覧機能
  • 有料コンテンツの購入

当社は、事前の通知なく、サービス内容の変更・追加・廃止を行うことができるものとします。

第5条 禁止事項

ユーザーは、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。

  • 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
  • 当社または第三者の知的財産権を侵害する行為
  • 当社または第三者を誹謗中傷する行為
  • 有害なプログラム・ファイルを送信する行為
  • サーバーに過度な負荷をかける行為
  • 本サービスの不正利用
  • その他、当社が不適当と判断する行為

第6条 本サービスの停止等

当社は、以下の場合には、ユーザーに事前の通知なく、本サービスの全部または一部の提供を停止または中断することができるものとします。

  • システムの保守・点検を行う場合
  • 地震、雷、火災、停電など不可抗力により提供が困難になった場合
  • コンピュータまたは通信回線等の事故が発生した場合
  • その他、当社が停止または中断を必要と判断した場合

第7条 保証の否認および免責

  1. 当社は、本サービスがユーザーの特定の目的に適合すること、期待する機能・商品的価値・正確性・有用性を有すること、継続的に利用できること、または不具合が生じないことについて、いかなる保証も行いません。
  2. 本サービスの利用により生じた損害について、当社は一切の責任を負いません。ただし、当社に故意または重過失がある場合はこの限りではありません。

占い・AIに関する免責

本サービスはエンターテイメント目的です。以下の点をご理解ください。

  • 提供される情報は占いに基づいたものであり、科学的根拠によるものではありません
  • 本サービスの内容は、医療・法的・金融的なアドバイスではありません
  • 重要な決定は、ご自身の判断と専門家の助言を元に行ってください
  • AIによる回答は保証するものではなく、AIの回答を信頼して生じた損害について当社は責任を負いかねます
  • 本サービスは、絶対的な未来予言（「必ず～になる」等）や、否定的な決めつけを行いません
  • 金銭的な利益を約束する表現は含まれません

第8条 有料サービス

  1. 本サービスの一部は有料です。ユーザーが有料コンテンツを利用する場合、当社が定める料金を支払うものとします。
  2. 料金の支払方法は、当社が別途定める方法とします。
  3. ユーザーが期限までに料金を支払わない場合、当社は当該ユーザーに対し、有料サービスの利用を停止できるものとします。

第9条 本規約の変更

当社は、本規約を随時変更できるものとします。変更後の本規約は、本サイトに掲載された時から効力を生じるものとします。

第10条 準拠法・合意管轄

本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合には、当社の本店所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the "junmei" app (hereinafter "Service") provided by Poched Egg (hereinafter "we" or "Company").

Article 1: Applicability

  1. These Terms apply to all relationships related to the use of the Service.
  2. By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2: Definitions

"User" refers to any person using the Service.

Article 3: Registration

  1. Users must register through the methods specified by the Company.
  2. The Company may refuse registration in the following cases:
    • When false information is provided
    • When the applicant has previously violated these Terms
    • When the Company deems registration inappropriate

Article 4: Service Content

The Service provides the following features:

  • Kujo-style fortune diagnosis (life pattern, compatibility)
  • AI chat with "Meguri-sensei"
  • Story viewing
  • Paid content purchases

The Company may modify, add, or discontinue service content without prior notice.

Article 5: Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in the following activities:

  • Activities that violate laws or public order
  • Infringement on intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
  • Defamation of the Company or third parties
  • Sending harmful programs or files
  • Placing excessive load on servers
  • Unauthorized use of the Service
  • Other activities deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 6: Service Suspension

The Company may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service without prior notice in the following cases:

  • System maintenance or inspection
  • Force majeure (earthquakes, fires, power outages, etc.)
  • Computer or communication line failures
  • Other cases where suspension is deemed necessary

Article 7: Disclaimer

  1. The Company makes no warranties regarding the suitability for specific purposes, expected functionality, accuracy, or continuity of the Service.
  2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from use of the Service, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

This Service is for entertainment purposes only. Please understand:

  • The information provided is based on fortune-telling and has no scientific basis
  • The content does not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice
  • Make important decisions based on your own judgment and professional advice
  • AI responses are not guaranteed; we are not liable for damages resulting from reliance on AI
  • The Service does not make absolute predictions or negative definitive statements
  • The Service does not promise financial gains

Article 8: Paid Services

  1. Some features of the Service are paid. Users using paid content must pay the fees specified by the Company.
  2. Payment methods are as separately specified by the Company.
  3. If users fail to pay fees by the deadline, the Company may suspend use of paid services.

Article 9: Amendments

The Company may amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms become effective upon posting to this site.

Article 10: Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Courts at the Company's headquarters location shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes related to the Service.
